Standard return and exchange policy

1. All purchased items are subject to the prescribed clearance period of 72 hours only upon date of purchase for any defect, inconsistency, deviation from product’s intended purpose or function, or complaints of any nature specific to the product.

2. A mere change of heart or a change of mind will NOT be honored as a legitimate reason for any return or exchange of items.

3. Subject item(s) for return and exchange is only allowed when corresponding receipt(if applicable) is properly presented as proof of purchase and subject items must be intact as to is full and original condition as it was when purchased.

4. All returned items are to be remedied only by exchange of items of the same value or higher. No cash refund will be available for any subject item.
